CACCIANNANZE Ingredients: Bread doughMethod: Prepare the bread dough and roll it out in the shape of a pizza. Put it in a pan and then into a very hot oven (traditionally it is made before the bread goes into the oven). If you want you can put oil, small pieces of garlic and rosemary into it. The name “cacciannanze” comes from the fact that it was taken out before the bread was put in for baking.
