Sciroppo al calcio

SCIROPPO AL CALCIO

(medicinal)

Ingredients: 12 eggs, lemon juice, sugar, mulled wine. 

Method: Marinate the eggs (in their shells) for about 30 days in the lemon juice. Put the mixture in a tea towel and wring it, draining the liquid into a bowl.  Add sugar and mulled wine to taste.  This is an excellent syrup with a high calcium content, good for old and young alike.  Take one liqueur glass a day.
