SUGO CON GLI STRUMM

Ingredients: 150 g of strumm (salted mackerel), tomato, garlic, oil and parsley. 

Method: Beat the mackerel and then lightly fry it with the oil and garlic until it is golden.  Then add the tomato and finely chopped parsley.  Tuna or sardines can be used instead of mackerel, or a mixture of all three.
