Ingredients: chickling pea, maize,  wheat, any type of beans, beet tops, carrots, lentils, spelt and other greens to taste.

 

Method: Soak all the ingredients overnight except for the greens.  Cover them with water and put them to cook.  As soon as they reach the boil, drain and put into freshly boiled water.  Add the remaining greens and continue cooking.Prepare a mixture of lard and herbs; lightly fry it with butter, oil and onion.  Then add the tomato and complete the cooking.  Add this mixture to the remaining ingredients and finish cooking, seasoning to taste.  Add chilli pepper if liked.
