FAIRY SOUPIngredients: as much flour as is needed, 2 eggs, 600 g. of potatoes, 1.5 litres of beef broth, 200 g. of wild spinach. Recipe: Boil the potatoes as for making traditional gnocchi. With the dough obtained prepare very small gnocchi, just half a centimetre long. Fry them in boiling oil. Separately, prepare a traditional broth with beef, onion, carrot, celery and parsley stalks. Chop the spinach very finely and cook them in the broth. Add the fried gnocchi to the broth and serve. Bibliography:
